In creating The Milk Churn concept, we’ve partnered with some friends and suppliers whose ideals are very similar to ours and we try to source Yorkshire produce when we can. So, when it comes to coffee, specialist teas, food suppliers, even the artist who adorns our walls, all are local and/or niche.
Let’s introduce you to some of them…
Our family business for 3 generations. We produce, process and bottle the milk from our own cows and deliver it to the doorsteps of homes across NE Leeds, Wetherby and the surrounding villages.
When we sought a coffee supplier it had to be someone with similar values. local, committed, passionate (obsessed even) about coffee. The York Coffee Emporium ticked every box and your feedback tells us we made the right choice. come and taste how good coffee can be.
VisitOur dairy has been in our family for generations. Maynard House Orchards have been in their family for generations too, ever since grandfather Robert returned from New Zealand with saplings and planted them in lush Suffolk soil. The resulting apple and fruit juices are simply outstanding.
VisitWe're passionate about our landscape and aware of our duty of care for future generations. We support everything this exceptional organisation stands for and delivers.
A local artist with many years of experience in the industry both as a freelance artist and as an art teacher. Her stunning paintings adorn our walls and are available to purchase at The Milk Churn.
Artist Sarah Taylor is based in the Lake District and her colourful, eye-catching animal prints certainly brighten up our walls. Please visit her website for details on how to purchase her paintings.
